Chaker Tlili于2000年獲得突尼斯Elmanar-Turini大學量子物理學理學碩士學位，于2006年獲得法國Paris-XI大學材料科學哲學博士學位。他先后在愛爾蘭、英國、美國、加拿大和新加坡?lián)芜^博士后，在2016年成為中國重慶綠色智能技術研究院的副教授。他發(fā)表了60多篇論文，引用次數(shù)超過1950次，h-index=25。
