曾全超，2018年6月在西北農林科技大學獲博士學位（導師安韶山研究員），并獲陜西省優秀博士學位論文。2016年9月-2018年3月赴美國麻省大學環境系師從Xing Baoshan教授從事土壤有機碳周轉研究，2018年8月-2021年12月在華中農業大學師從譚文峰教授開展集約化農業土壤有機碳周轉的微生物學機制方面的研究。發表中英文學術論文50余篇，其中第一作者論文23篇，出版專著2部，擔任Global Change Biology、Plant and Soil、Catena、Environmental Research、Environmental Microbiome、Microorganisms、環境科學等期刊審稿人，3篇文章入選F5000（領跑者5000-中國精品科技期刊頂尖學術論文），主持及參與10項國家級科研項目。
