羅開盛,博士,副研究員,碩導,主要研究領域為國土資源遙感、地理信息系統與水文水資源相關研究。以第一作者/獨作在Landscape and Urban PlanningRemote SensingJournal of Environmental Management、生態學報等國內外頂級/知名期刊發表論文20多篇,研究成果受到院士、國家自然資源部以及國內外同行的廣泛認可;主持/參與國家級項目4項、部級項目1項。
