2006年本科畢業(yè)于北京師范大學物理學系，北京市優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生；2011年底博士畢業(yè)于北京大學電子學系。2012年1月至2015年3月在中國電子科技集團公司模擬與混合集成電路國防重點實驗室開展超大規(guī)模集成電路工藝整合工作，任SiGe團隊負責人，曾于2012年和2014年赴英國Plessy Semiconductors公司和法國ST Microeletronics進行SiGe BiCMOS工藝訪問。2015年3月加入中科院重慶院。在國際主流學術(shù)期刊發(fā)表學術(shù)論文30余篇，授權(quán)發(fā)明專利22項，主要研究方向為集成電路工藝及碳基電子和光電成像器件。主持國家自然科學基金、重慶市自然科學基金重點項目、重慶市產(chǎn)業(yè)示范重點項目等，總經(jīng)費超過1000萬元，并入選2017年度中國科學院青年創(chuàng)新促進會會員。
